- Repair and service all cases assigned
- Review servicing request and examine items before and during the servicing process and seek management assistance when clarification is required or issues arise.
- Conduct QC upon completion
- Ensure all cases are handled with care and precautions made to prevent inflicting of new scratches and damages to the case
- Consult with Client Care Officer and Client Care Manager when case cannot be repaired or serviced
- Monitor inventory of parts and perform cycle count periodically
- 維修和保養行李箱
- 在進行維修前及期間, 檢查維修單中要求並檢查項目, 並在需要澄清或出現問題時, 向管理尋求協助
- 完成維修後進行質量控制
- 採取預防措施,以防止對行李箱造成新的划痕和損壞
- 當無法維修或保養行李箱時,與主管和客戶服務員溝通
- 監控零件庫存, 定期進行週期盤點
- Relevant work experience is preferred
- Good command of Cantonese, basic English and Mandarin
- Good interpersonal & communication skill and a good team player
- 具維修技術與經驗優先
- 一般電腦文書操作
- 具良好團隊合作及學習精神
