Social Worker (SWIIA) (Contract) (Youth Services)

• RSW, Degree in Social Work or above, with 4 years of relevant work experience is preferred

• Good command in English and Chinese

• Familiar with parent works and experience in working with parents

• Passionate, independent and good communicating skills

• Plan and implement parent empowerment services, including therapeutic groups, online text-based counselling sessions, webinars and large-scale community events

• Support the preparation of service statistics, analyze data for insights and refine the clinical approach accordingly

• Liaise with the community, schools, and relevant stakeholders to promote parent empowerment initiatives
