- Responsible for all sales related matters pertaining to the selling of life-science & environmental products and service.
- Achieve sales targets and growth by effective team building and strategies
- Design and implement sales plans to expand and strengthen customer base
- Identify and introduce new products to emerging markets
- Submit on-time budgeting plans to management team
- Manage recruitment, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales staff
- Co-develop customer loyalty programmes with customer service team
- Bachelor holder in Life Science or related disciplines. MBA holder is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 - 8 years experience in Sales & Marketing of life-science products and have solid leading experience in sales team.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
- Strong ability to communicate with suppliers, customers, turning potentials into business opportunities.
- Good team leader and able to motivate team members to meet targets.
- Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Immediate availability preferred.
