
Logistics Customer Service Executive (Aerospace Components)

- Oversee daily order fulfillment and coordinate logistics schedules with vendors and freight partners
- Process customer requests including quotations, purchase orders, deliveries, and returns using internal systems
- Maintain and update customer profiles, generate invoices, packing lists, and other shipping-related documentation
- Collaborate with freight forwarders to arrange periodic shipments and prepare customs clearance paperwork
- Handle documentation for Letter of Credit (LC) collections and submit required materials to banking institutions
- Act as a liaison between departments-Sales, Procurement, Finance, Quality, Warehousing-to meet performance goals and delivery timelines
- Monitor and update backlog data in the system to reflect changes in shipping schedules
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline
- At least 4 yrs' of exp. in customer service, order management, or logistics coordination-preferably in industrial or aerospace sectors
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP platforms
- Solid understanding of international shipping procedures, customs documentation, and LC protocols
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work effectively across teams
- Capable of multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Native in Cantonese; Proficiency in English & Mandarin
