Coordinate resources based on project requirements, achieve project evaluation metrics, ensure construction quality, safety, and schedule, and diligently fulfill construction contracts;2. Develop overall construction plans and schedules, submit progress reports on time, and compile periodic and summary reports;3. Efficiently manage materials, labor, construction techniques, equipment, logistics, administration, and civilized construction practices to ensure reasonable costs; and4. Monitor project progress and costs in real-time, periodically identify potential risks, implement project oversight, track payments, and synchronize updates with relevant parties.工作內容1. 根據專案需求協調資源，完成專案各項考核指標，確保工程品質、安全、工期的實現，認真履行施工合同；2. 制定整體施工組織、進度計畫，按時報量、編制階段性、總結性報告；3. 合理統籌物資、勞動力、施工技術、設備、後勤、行政、文明施工等管理工作，確保合理的成本；和4、專案即時監控進度與成本，定期識別潛在風險，實施把控專案情況，跟進回款，並同步給相關方。Job Requirements1. Bachelor’s degree or above in civil engineering or related fields;2. Project work occurs at night, with flexible adjustments to working hours based on project needs; ability to adapt to periodic high-intensity work schedules;3. Over 15 years of experience in engineering projects, with at least 5 years of project management experience in non-excavation restoration, proficient in common non-excavation techniques such as municipal drainage pipe cleaning, UV curing restoration, and localized in-situ curing restoration;4. Must hold a First-Class Constructor Certificate (Municipal Public Works or Water Resources and Hydropower Engineering) and an Intermediate Professional Title (Municipal Specialty); and5.
