Job Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth in the UK by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and managing the full sales pipeline.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies aligned with commercial goals and lead execution of regional sales plans.
  • Engage directly with key stakeholders in healthcare organizations, including the NHS, to promote product offerings and secure adoption.
  • Support the tendering and procurement process, including proposal development and pricing strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales tools, pitch decks, and client onboarding materials.
  • Adapt global brand messaging to the UK market and lead execution of targeted, integrated campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Utilize SEO/SEM, analytics tools, and campaign metrics to monitor performance and continuously optimize results.
  • Ensure consistency in brand representation and compliance with UK healthcare marketing regulations.
  • Lead planning and execution of UK exhibitions, conferences, and corporate events to support commercial objectives.
  • Develop marketing collateral and sales support assets to empower the UK sales team with effective tools and materials.
Job RequirementsBasic Requirements
  • Bachelor or above in relevant disciplines
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in MedTech, healthcare, or life sciences.
  • Strong understanding of the UK healthcare landscape, with experience engaging stakeholders across clinical and procurement pathways.
  • Proven ability to manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (LinkedIn, Google Analytics, WordPress, Mailchimp or equivalents).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Based in the UK or willing to travel to the UK as required frequently.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English & Chinese.
Preferred Requirements
  • Experience working with or selling into the NHS.
  • Prior involvement in event planning, healthcare exhibitions, or medical congresses.
  • Familiarity with sales reporting tools.
  • Design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and comfort working in a start-up or scale-up environment.
