- Undergraduate/ degree holder in Human Resources Management or other business disciplines
- Exceptional computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Proactive team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised, detailed orientated with a can-do attitude
- Flexible and able to work multi-tasks
- Available to work 2 to 3 days a week
- Assist HR team to maintain and update in timely basis all HR documents such as new hires, transfers, merit increase, annual leaves, etc.
- Provide support to Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner teams
- Support on benefits administration - daily administration and renewal of various life and medical insurance plans, pension funds and social insurance
- Prepare onboarding documents and arranging work visas
- Assist and maintain the process and documentation of all other rewards and /or incentives programs (e.g. Recognition Award, Long Service Award etc.);
- Assist in the implementation and administration of corporate programs and initiatives which include but are not limited to the review of HR policies, salary surveys, benefits review, annual merit review, annual performance review, annual human resources audit, etc.
- HRIS & record keeping - maintenance of the HRIS and other paper records to ensure employee records are up to date. Work with systems support on issues with the information system
