We invite dynamic individuals with high caliber to join in the growth of our Group.Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the day-to-day all round HR operations including recruitment, payroll and MPF administrationMaintain data integrity of HR recordsAssist in the review, formulation and implementation of HR policies and practicesPlan and organize timely and accurate preparation of HR reports·Assist in the formulation of staff relations programs and employee communicationReview and enhance the performance management system to differentiate performance levels to drive, identify and reward the performanceAssist in the ad-hoc projects delegated by supervisorRequirementsDegree holder, major in Human Resources Management preferredOver 6 years experience in HR Generalist role with at least 3 years’ supervisory experienceWell versed in employment ordinances, taxation, MPF and other legal regulationsStrategic and hands-on, with the ability to develop and execute HR strategy and operationsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeExcellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge in Putonghua is preferredStrong sense of responsibility with proven ability to work under pressureAble multi-task, capable of working independently as well as in a teamDetails oriented, strong in managing numerical data and reportsStrong communication, interpersonal, organizational and problem solving skillsCandidates with less experience will be considered for appropriate rankWe adopt a 5-day work week and offer an attractive remuneration package to the right candidate.
