1.Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields2.Minimum 3 years' experience in voice network operation, maintenance, or deployment3.Familiar with ISUP and SIP signaling principles and processes4.Skilled in Huawei NGN and SBC systems5.Certification in IT, network, Linux, or related fields preferred6.Good communication skills in Chinese and English (written and spoken)Able to work independently and under pressure
