Familiar with the local group life insurance market, develop and maintain the group life insurance business of the company and complete various group life insurance business operation targets assigned by the company;
Maintain the relationship with corporate customers and follow up their quotations, underwriting issues, renewals and claims settlement matters, and etc.
Liaise with Broker Channels, explore and follow up their refering cases.
Responsible for completing and monitoring the progress of the company's group life insurance business, and reporting the progress and business situation to the department;
Organize training for sales from various channels, support the development of pipeline business development;
Recommend and introduce outstanding talents to the company, help to cultivate the company's group life insurance business elites;
Promote, summarize and organize the group life insurance projects business, stimulate the key business and be willing to corporate while communicating with stakeholders and handling different issues.

Requirments:

Bachelor degree or above, major in finance, insurance, economics, marketing, management or related fields is preferred, and at least 5 years of insurance sales experience is preferred;
Familiar with Group Life Insurance Business with knowledge of Group insurance products and its’ underwriting and claims guidelines;
Responsible, executive, pragmatic, self-disciplined, and innovative;
Strong customer awareness, strong result orientation, good team collaboration ability and pressure resistance;
Strong business sense, system construction ability, and project implementation experience;
Familiar with insurance industry, customer relationship management and other related fields of knowledge, familiar with insurance regulatory laws and regulations;
Proficient in office software, basic computer operations, and skilled in MSPowerpoint.
