They are committed to offering innovative financial services while prioritizing client satisfaction.Job DescriptionAs a Client Advisor Associate, your main responsibilities will include:Business Development & Client Acquisition
  • Identify and target prospective clients (HNWIs, family offices, institutional investors, etc.) through proactive outreach, referrals, and networking.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote the firm's investment products.
  • Represent the firm at industry conferences, client meetings, and roadshows.
  • Collaborate with portfolio managers and research teams to articulate investment strategies and value propositions.
Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing market insights, portfolio reviews, and investment solutions.
  • Conduct needs assessments to align client objectives with the firm's offerings (e.g., ESG, fixed income, equity strategies).
  • Monitor client portfolios and proactively recommend adjustments based on market conditions.
  • Address client inquiries regarding performance, risk, and fees.
Sales Support & Pipeline Management
  • Maintain a robust Salesforce pipeline with detailed activity tracking.
  • Prepare tailored presentations, pitch books, and RFPs/RFIs in collaboration with marketing.
  • Work with compliance to ensure all client interactions adhere to regulatory standards
  • Handle the onboarding docs including KYC, AML for individual and corporate clients
Market Intelligence & Strategy
  • Analyze competitor offerings, industry trends, and investor sentiment to refine sales approaches.
  • Provide feedback to product teams on client demand for new strategies or vehicle structures.
The Successful ApplicantA successful Client Advisor Associate should have:
  • A strong academic background, ideally in finance, economics, or a related discipline.
  • Familiarity with banking and financial services processes and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Fluent in Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English
