Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee the parts inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.Monitor parts usage and trends to optimize inventory management.Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of parts and components.Collaborate with the garage manager to set competitive pricing for parts and services, ensuring profitability and market competitiveness.Facilitate communication between the Garage operation (Mechanic, Body and Paint) and parts team to ensure smooth operations.Conduct regular audits of inventory and assist in inventory control processes.Maintain organized and efficient storage of parts in compliance with safety standards.Prepare reports on inventory status, parts usage, and pricing strategies for management review.Qualifications:Minimum 7 years of experience in parts management or a similar role within the automotive industry.Strong knowledge of automotive parts.Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.More experience will be considered as Parts Supervisor.Competitive remuneration package including 5-day work week will be offered to the right candidates.
