- Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Event Management or related studies
- 3-5 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in public relation agencies, event management, production companies or mass media
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Good knowledge in computer, internet application and design software ( esp. graphic design using illustrator)
- Liaise with internal and external parties on tenancy related matters (i.e. shop, vending machines, webcam and mobile base station etc.)
- Liaise with travel and advertising agents or other business partners (i.e. ferry hire, venue hire and pier advertising etc.)
- Arrange site visit and shooting with client
- Manage and prepare creative content on social media (i.e. Facebook and Instagram)
- Design promotion materials
- Prepare annual budget
- Assist Department Head in planning, organizing, and implementing activities in relation to business development, marketing and promotion
- Consolidate report for CSR reporting
