  • Developing and executing sales strategies tailored to the APAC retail market.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Driving revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies effectively.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Preparing sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and regional regulations.
  • Mentoring and developing the sales team to achieve their full potential.
The Successful ApplicantA successful Sales Manager, APAC, should have:
  • A solid background in sales within the retail industry, particularly in the APAC region.
  • WEST Level 2 or above
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to foster client relationships. With an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • An analytical mindset to interpret market data and drive strategic decisions.
  • The ability to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment.
  • A results-driven approach with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to the APAC region are a plus.
