To support our continued growth and commitment to service excellence, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Service Engineering Manager to join our dynamic team.Role Overview
  • Reporting directly to the Service Director, you will be a key member of a team of 10–12 service engineers.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and enhance the delivery of our maintenance services, ensuring they meet contractual obligations and uphold the company’s high standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and evaluate service quality delivered to customers
  • Ensure maintenance services meet contractual and regulatory standards
  • Organize and conduct regular technical training and assessments for service engineers
  • Investigate and resolve outstanding repair work orders
  • Provide emergency inspections and assessments for incident cases
  • Support the implementation of preventive maintenance programs, ensuring timely execution and reporting
  • Prepare and present regular service performance reports to clients
  • Recommend improvements to enhance service operations and customer satisfaction
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Biomedical, Medical, Electrical, Mechanical, or related discipline)
  • Minimum 6 years of technical/engineering experience, with at least 2 years in medical equipment, devices, or machinery
  • Hands-on experience in medical equipment repair is highly preferred
  • Strong technical knowledge with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and drive service improvements
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with OH&S and infection control policies
