- Under the direction of the F&B Operations Manager, the Service Associate is responsible for mise-en-place, service, cashiering and maximization of guest satisfaction in the outlet 在餐飲營運經理的指導下,負責準備工作、服務、收銀以及在餐廳中提升顧客滿意度
- Ensure compliance with service standards specific to Chinese Cuisine 確保遵守中餐的服務標準
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints effectively 有效處理客人的詢問和投訴
- Take orders and serve food and beverages 接收訂單並提供食品和飲料
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area 確保用餐區的清潔和有序
- Practice economy of food, beverage, paper supplies, electricity and water (practice recycling whenever possible) 約食品、飲料、紙品、電力和水資源 (盡可能進行回收利用)
- Check inventory in sections appointed for daily requisition 檢查餐廳的庫存以進行每日訂貨
- Provide menu recommendations and answer guest questions & enquiries 提供菜單建議並回答客人的問題和查詢
- Assign seats, take orders and recommend dishes and beverages 分配座位、接收訂單並推薦菜式和飲品
- Perform any duties assigned by the Management Team deemed necessary 執行管理團隊認為必要的任何指派職責
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills 溝通和人際交往能力強
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 能在節奏快的環境中工作
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively 能有效地同時處理多項任務並確定優先順序
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese 具備良好的英語和中文口語及書寫能力
