- Identifying, assessing, and nurturing leads to build a robust sales pipeline aligned with financial objectives.
- Conducting competitive market analysis and advising senior leadership on opportunity feasibility.
- Building and presenting financial business cases and proposals, from internal sign-off to client delivery.
- Cultivating enduring partnerships with key accounts to unlock future opportunities.
- Leading negotiations to secure commercial deals through engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Studies or Marketing.
- At least 5 years in FMCG, including 2-3 years in a managerial position, preferably in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Sharp business insight, analytical prowess, and market analysis expertise.
- Established network with major FMCG industry stakeholders.
- Ambitious, proactive, and results-driven mindset, paired with excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
