Answer all incoming calls promptly, politely and helpfully
Follow up reservations to ensure that all reservations are in good order
Handle guest inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
Keep record of all reservations through a well-organized filling system

Job Requirements

Certificate or Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
Good command of English and Mandarin
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Reservations Officer
