Responsibilities:
  • Understand business requirements and prepare user requirements including functions and features required across digital internal and external platforms to address business needs
  • Manage IT project execution, communicate project progress and issues to project stakeholders
  • Responsible for multiple digital platforms and transformation projects to align with both our technology and business roadmaps
  • Provide end-to-end project management including requirement definition, resources, budget, schedule, solutions, and deliverables
  • Assist in creating comprehensive test plans to ensure all aspects of the solution
are covered and engage with business users during User Acceptance Testing to
validate functionality and support from the functional perspective * Work closely with various IT teams, business units and vendors to ensure alignment of initiatives
  • Maintain and measure the quality of project deliverables within the proposed timeframe and budget
Requirements:
  • University degree in Business Administration, Computer
Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related disciplines * 5+ years of hands-on experience in business analysis, digital productmanagement, technology or software project management with a track record of
working across business-facing and technology-facing roles * Exhibit strong analytical skills, capable of building high-level commercial modelsto support digital solution business cases, with the ability to translate complex
technical concepts into clear and concise initiativea * Work collaboratively with diverse teams across the organisation to achievebusiness objectives through effective teamwork * Maintain a keen motivation for continuous learning, staying abreast of newtechnologies and trends * Communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including internalteams, external business partners and technology experts * Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple initiatives under pressure andtight timelines * Ability to communicate fluently in both verbal and written Chinese and English.
