DescriptionLocation: TKOPackage: HKD 30,000-40,000/month total + 14 days ALSchedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PMKey ResponsibilitiesSolution Design & DeploymentConsult clients on DB setup (MySQL/Oracle/PostgreSQL/Redis), design custom solutions, and partner with sales to drive client success.Testing & TroubleshootingExecute functional tests, resolve critical technical issues, and build prototypes to simulate real-world scenarios.Technical ConsultationSimplify complex tech for non-technical clients; host training sessions and create user manuals.Knowledge LeadershipExchange insights with global experts; publish technical articles on DB best practices.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's or higher in STEM (Master's degree = BIG PLUS).Experience: 3-5 years in software support with hands-on DB setup/operations (MySQL/Oracle/PostgreSQL/Redis).Technical Skills:Proficient in network/database concepts and IT infrastructure.Experience using AI tools to boost productivity.Soft Skills:Exceptional communication - explain tech to clients & collaborate with sales/marketing.Quick learner with sharp logical thinking to master new tools rapidly.Agile problem-solver - troubleshoot under pressure!IndustryEngineering
