Position: Clerical Clerk

Contract period: 01 Oct 2025 to 30 Sep 2026 (12 months)
Working Location:
1. Lam Tin SHSC / SAC Address: 5/F, Lam Tin Polyclinic, 99 Kai Tin Road, Kwun Tong 3 Mon to Fri (except public holidays): Shift A - 08:45 to 17:33 Shift 13 - 09:12 to 18:00 (with one hour meal break)
2. West Kowloon Government Offices SHSC cum SAC Address: 2JF, South Tower West Kowloon Government Offices, 11 Hoi Ting Road, Yau Ma Tei
Salary: HK$ 16,135.00 per month
Working hours: 44 hours per week (including meal break for full day work), from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Vacancy: 5Job Duties:
- To perform general clerical duties and to assist in the filing/typing work, including reviewing and rectifying discrepancies of existing files, organising and tiding up records/files and compiling filing lists, etc.;
- To manage correspondence, such as preparing, sending, and receiving emails, letters, and other forms of communication;
- To arrange repair and maintenance of office/medical equipment;
- To perform duties related to enrolment and data input to Clinical Information Management System 2;
- To answer incoming enquires/complaints and handle related backlog enquiries if indicated;
- To handle application of medical records, verify and process payments as well as to maintain accurate payment records;
- To assist in appointment scheduling, vehicle booking and arranging follow-up appointments/referral of clients; and
- Any other duties as assigned by senior officers.
The Contractor shall deploy the Clerical Support Services Staff members of the following qualification, capabilities and experience to carry out the duties under the Contract:
- Level 2 or equivalent or above in five subjects including Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (BKDSEE), or equivalent
- Level 2 ( Notes 1) or above in five subjects including Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
- Qualifications with relevant work experience recognized by the Government Representative;
- Preferable with at least one year full time experience in provision of clerical support services;
- Have good knowledge in the application of common business software (e.g. Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.);
- English typing 35 words per minute and Chinese typing 25 words per minute (倉頡 or 速成 input method);
- Be able to speak English and fluent Cantonese; preferably be able to speak Putonghua;
- Self-motivated, responsible, punctual and be able to work independently; and
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with the internal and external clients (e.g. polite telephone manner).
