- To analyze sales performances and inventory reports (daily, weekly, monthly, seasonal)
- To maximize sales and profit by exploring the sales potential, managing stock and uphold effective SKU control
- Responsible for assortment plan and merchandise mix, including the ordering, sales simulation forecast and replenishment
- Co-ordinating and co-operating with various departments to ensure smooth operation.
- Communicate and collaborate with regional members
- Traveling is required
- University education with minimum 3-5 years related experience in retail chain business
- Detail oriented, strong numerical and analytical sense and able to perform multi-tasks
- Able to analyse large amounts of complex information and present findings clearly and concisely
- A team player with good communication & interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively under pressure with minimum supervision
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and Chinese word-processing
- Prior experience in multi-national companies
- Good command in written & spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese
