1. Provide database administration support including
- database installation and configuration
- database software patching and version upgrade
- database backup and recovery
- database performance monitoring and tuning
- database disaster recovery
- database standard and compliance review
- database capacity planning
2. Coordinate with relevant parties concerned, including other data administrators, infrastructure support teams, application teams and vendors for database software patching, version upgrade, account review or other support activities
3. Prepare and participant IT audit

Requirements 1. Solid experience in Oracle database administration
2. Experienced in Structured Query Language (SQL)
3. Experienced in Exadata support
4. Experienced in Oracle Real Application Clusters
5. Experienced in Oracle Active Data Guard
6. Experienced in VMware is preferred
7. Experienced in liaison and coordination with different parties
8. Experienced in managing and supporting databases in Government
Technical Skills:
. At least 5 years' experience in Oracle RDBMS (ODB);
. At least 5 years' experience in Oracle Database Tuning (ODT);
. At least 5 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM);
. At least 5 years' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL);
. At least 5 years' experience in UNIX (UNX);
. At least 1 year's experience in Oracle Real Application Cluster (OAC).
Non-technical Skills:
. Good coordination skills is a must;
. Good written English is a must;
. At least 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV);
. At least 1 year's experience in IT audit (ITA);
. At least 1 year's experience in managing Government IT standards (ITG).
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 5 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
