- Design, evaluate, and implement security strategies and compliance policies to ensure alignment with company standards and government guidelines.
- Oversee a team of inhouse and outsourced Security Supervisor and Officers for safety and security operations at various sites.
- Serve as the primary liaison for the company in security-related discussions with external entities.
- Foster and sustain cooperative relationships with government bodies, business associates, stakeholders, and local communities.
- Develop service agreements with contractors and service providers, ensuring oversight of their performance.
- Inspire, guide, and evaluate team members' performance to drive professional growth.
- Maintain accurate work rosters, reports, forms, and records.
- Associate Degree, Higher Diploma, or above in any discipline, or an equivalent qualification.
- 8-10 years of experience in security management or facilities operations, preferably with experience leading teams or supervising subordinates.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Disciplined, reliable, and self-motivated.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with government entities, such as law enforcement and regulatory bodies like the Marine Department.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin), with exceptional communication, problem-solving, and team leadership abilities.
