Duties & Responsibilities:Responsible for managing the financials of chain of clinics.Oversee the financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, auditing, and tax.Supporting the management team to deliver the strategic initiatives for growth and efficiency.Supporting the team in managing the performance and reporting of the clinic and imaging centre, implementing improvement projects, leading the execution of expansion projects.Participate in Board Reporting and M&A Integration.Financial Managementi. Engage across the business to help drive strategic initiatives.ii. Implement financial strategy to support the clinic’s growing business.iii. Lead and manage the annual planning cycle, budget, forecasts and financial plans.iv. Develop and monitor financial performance, including accounting, billing, collections, cash flow, costs, and revenue recognition. Provide accurate, timely management info, financial statements, and commercial analysis.Financial Operationsi. Manage accounts payable, receivable, cash flow, and vendor payments efficiently.ii. Ensure medical equipment, supplies, and other assets are properly accounted for and managed.iii. Optimize the finance function by driving finance process improvement.Financial Reporting & Regulatory Compliancei. Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.ii. Develop and maintain effective internal financial controls to ensure accurate reporting and manage operational risks. ensure adherence to policies and procedures.iii. Coordinate with external and internal audits to ensure financial accuracy and operational compliance.iv. Manage financial aspects of contracts with vendors, insurers, and third-party providers.Job Requirement:University degree in Accounting or related disciplines;Fellow member of HKICPA or equivalent professional accountancy bodies;Minimum 10 years’ work experiences in accounting, preferably in health care company, and at least 5 years at management level;Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving operational and financial objectives;Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills to analyze financial and operational data, identify trends, and make informed decisions;Collaborative and decisive leader with exceptional problem-solving skills申請人請遞交個人履歷，(包括現在及期望薪酬） Applicants are requested to submit detailed resume with present and expected salary福利 Benefits ：
