- Workplace Experience: Encompasses end-to-end strategic real estate work from transactions to facilities. Departments include On-Site Solutions (inclusive of Facilities Management, Hospitality Operations, and Document Management), Events, Client & Corporate Production, Real Estate Strategy, Real Estate Development, and Capital Management.
- Office of Global Security: Manages and implements arrangements for the protection of the firm's personnel, physical security, fire safety and crisis management.
- Americas Key Regional Offices: Supports the firm in driving regional priorities and strategy in Dallas and Salt Lake City in partnership with local leadership.
- Chief Operating Officer (COO): Aligns division-wide functions to drive strategic cohesiveness, consistency and efficiency. Departments include CWS Management and CWS Engineering - which provides enabling engineering solutions supporting real estate and facilities management, on-site solutions, safety and security and CWS data and analytics.
- Drive / execute organization development initiatives to enable teamwork, resourcing, training, career development, retention and promotion
- Support the CWS leadership team in developing and managing teams, including annual headcount and budgeting processes, as well as supporting weekly postings for leadership
- Manage exposure to risk coordinating with Compliance, Risk, Internal Audit, HCM, Engineering and Corporate Planning & Management across all relevant risks processes
- Drive and manage summer analyst and full-time analyst from recruiting, onboarding and training
- Drive and manage the people process from recruiting, onboarding and integration to offboarding
- Support the functional teams in developing and delivering business continuity planning and response across the division
- Manage all aspects of floor administration including management of the administrative assistants
- Manage CWS expenses ensuing awareness and compliance with policies and delivering proactive reporting
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 5 years' experience in administration and communications
- Strong communication skills with proven ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple responsibilities and competing priorities
- Highly motivated self-starter capable of working independently
- Ability to manage and execute divisional people's initiatives
- Possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Innovative mindset that is acutely focused on improving operational efficiency
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to adapt style as the situation requires

- Fluency in English and other Asian language is a plus
