Credit Control Manager - MNC Distributor (Up to 75k)

• Assess the customer's credit risk, prepare credit approval, and formulate risk mitigation plan.
• Perform debt collection and cash management; ensure problematic customers can be quickly identified and addressed
• Prepare cash flow forecast, variance analysis, debtor aging analysis and factoring & billing forecast for planning and control purpose
• Manage the trade financing in areas of planning, execution, and settlement reconciliation
• Design policy and work-flow to enhance efficiency of order-to-cash sales process
• Operate credit insurance practices according to company policies
• Oversees staffing, training, and performance evaluation to develop and direct the Customer Accounts Department.
• Works closely with Customer Accounts Managers and interacts with all Customer Accounts staff, developing team morale, looking for opportunities, and providing leadership and coaching.
• Works closely with international teams to ensure consistency and maintain open lines of communication for the needs of global teams and customers
• Available and willing to travel, including internationally, if needed.

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of total management experience, including 3 years experience as a manager or higher-level management position.
• Minimum 3 years' experience with MNCs and managing in an international environment across cultures and various countries is preferred.
• Self-motivated, meticulous and good analytical thinking
• Able to work independently and with good team spirit
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese, including Putonghua
• Preferably with sound knowledge in SAP, Cognos, Microsoft Office software
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager, Credit Control
