- Collaborate with business partners to identify new business opportunities and expand mobile App.
- Manage projects, including coordination with internal and external parties, project execution, and monitoring.
- Act as the product manager for the mobile App, responsible for KPIs and P&L.
- Oversee the Faster Payment Service (FPS) in the mobile App, working with banks and relevant parties.
- Stay updated on regulatory requirements and ensure product compliance.
- Gather market information and provide updates on online and mobile service trends.
- Develop product plans and explore additional revenue streams for long-term business growth.
- Collaborate with teams to improve user experience of the mobile App.
- University degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, e-Commerce, or related fields.
- Around 8 years of experience in product development, digital transformation, or e-Commerce, preferably in banking, electronic payment, or mobile services.
- Strong knowledge of payment and digital solution development, mobile payment, e-Commerce, CRM, web technologies, and technical development approaches.
- Proven track record in project management, RFP and tendering, vendor management, and agreement vetting.
- Excellent business acumen with strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Team player with a strategic, analytical, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
