Handle both internal and external phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.

專業及有禮地接聽內部和外部的電話。 * Handles guests needs or requests and reports complaints to the Telephone Supervisor.滿足客人需要或請求，並向主管匯報投訴情況。 * Attends to all guest queries and requests promptly.及時處理客人所有詢問和要求。Job Requirements 工作要求:

1 year experience in guest / customer service, or an equivalent working experience.
