Project Management Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex blockchain/Web3 projects on time and within budget.
Blockchain Integration: Collaborate with technical teams to integrate blockchain solutions (e.g., Hyperledger, Ethereum, Solana) into operational and strategic workflows.
Strategic Planning: Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure successful implementation of blockchain/Web3 initiatives.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams, business units, and stakeholders to guarantee alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Risk Management: Identify project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards, particularly within the financial sector.
Budget Supervision: Monitor and manage project budgets, identifying cost efficiencies and ensuring optimal resource utilization.
Performance Metrics: Develop KPIs and track project performance to ensure objectives are met and continuously improved upon.
Emerging Technology Advocacy: Drive innovation by staying abreast of new technologies and recommending potential blockchain/Web3 applications to stakeholders.

Your Profile

Experience: 7+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3-5 years focused on blockchain/Web3 technologies.
Understanding of Blockchain Technologies: Strong knowledge of blockchain protocols such as Hyperledger, Ethereum, Solana, or comparable platforms.
Project Management Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are highly desirable.
Technical Background: Familiarity with blockchain architecture, smart contracts, and distributed ledger technology. While hands-on programming experience isn't mandatory, technical understanding is required to collaborate effectively with development teams.
Financial Sector Experience: Proven delivery of IT projects within regulated financial services environments is strongly preferred.
Tools & Methodologies: Proficiency in project management platforms (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
