- Maintain a secure and efficient IT data center operation
- Managed 24/7 operations process to covering multi data centers in Hong Kong
- Ensure data center staffs are well trained in IT/Data Center Facility disaster recovery procedures
- Provide technical guidance to data center staffs in day-to-day operations
- Manage the performance of data center operations team
- Manage data center Infrastructure: Power, Cooling & Facilities Management
- Manage Data Center hardware and OS maintenance
- Ensure operational KPIs and metrics are being measured and attained
- Improve and automate data center operations for better efficiency and quality
- Manage planning, change control, and risk management projects
- B.Sc. / M.sc in IT related disciplines
- At least 7-year experience of data center operations
- Experience in multi data center operations
- Project Management experience
- Incident management experience
- Ability to organize information concisely and accurately
- Proven ability to work efficiently with different levels of management
- Certifications like ITIL
- English language fluency
