Executive Officer/Senior Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk I)/Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk II) (several posts) in the School of Public Health (Ref.: 526277) (to commence as soon as possible on a one-year temporary basis or two-year fixed-term basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree, with at least 5 years' work experience in working with senior management. They should have strong multitasking skills, effective communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as an appropriate level of IT skills (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc.). They should also have the ability to maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality, and be able to work under pressure and tight deadlines. They should be responsible, mature, attentive to details, and able to work independently and in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including both Cantonese and Putonghua) is essential. Those with less experience may be considered for appointment as Senior Executive Assistant or Executive Assistant. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.The appointees will provide secretarial and administrative support to the senior management; assist in schedule management and appointment arrangement; prepare minutes, reports, meeting material and agenda; handle travel arrangements for business trips, including flights, hotel & accommodation, itinerary planning and visa application; liaise with internal and external parties; provide support in basic accounting matters and perform any other duties as assigned.
