The Regional Office Manager will oversee critical business operations support functions, ensuring seamless coordination and efficiency across the organisation.Client DetailsMy client is in the luxury goods industry. They are urgently looking for a regional office manager and this role is vital in driving operational excellence within the firm and across the various teams across APAC as well as multiple sites. This is a replacement role and will require someone from large MNCs due to the scale of the firm. Strong organisational experience and stakeholder management required- as this role will be directly reporting to C Level management.DescriptionAs a Regional Office Manager your main responsibilities will include:
  • Providing leadership and oversight for business operations support functions.
  • Updating and SOPs and BCPs across the region when required
  • Handling soft facilities management, from renovation to relocation projects across the region
  • Ensuring optimal resource allocation and process efficiency across departments.
  • Collaborating with regional and global teams to align operational strategies.
  • Monitoring and analysing key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
  • Managing and developing team members to achieve departmental goals.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Supporting senior management with strategic planning and decision-making.
ProfileA successful Regional Office Manager should have:
  • Higher education in business administration or relevant studies
  • Over 10 years solid background in administration, facilities in large MNC firms
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in operational management tools and software.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to working in a fast-paced environment.
