
Event Manager (9 months Government Contract)

- To oversee and execute events for a variety of projects as directed by the team head, to promote financial services and family office sector in Hong Kong and other overseas/Mainland promotions.
- To liaise and coordinate with internal teams and external parties managing event stakeholders to deliver effective global campaigns, including organizing activities such as roundtables, seminars and sponsored events
- To assist in managing and coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure the projects are delivered on time and meet high execution standards.
- To perform related administrative tasks and other ad hoc duties as requested.
- Minimum 4 years of full-time work experience gained in project management, or event management and investment promotion in financial services industries.
- A Bachelor’s degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent, preferably in business or event management -related subject; a post-graduate degree holder in event management-related disciplines or holder of professional qualifications would have an advantage.
- Marketing, campaign, and project management expertise and practical experience. Previous experiences working for financial institutions and/or professional firms in the Mainland or aboard would be an asset.
- Excellent communication and written skills in English and Chinese is a pre-requisite. Proficiency in another language will be an advantage.
