Duty Engineer 當值工程師

• Responsible to supervise the daily operations, maintenance and repairs of entire hotel facilities including physical plants, engineering facilities, equipment and machinery

• Respond to day to day maintenance requests from guests and cope with emergency and severe situation

• Monitor the working conditions of all electrical and mechanical equipment

• Work with contractors to coordinate constructions, remodeling projects, maintenance and renovations works throughout the hotel

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience in a sizeable luxury hotel, with at least 2 years in supervisory level

• Qualifications in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or equivalent

• Qualification and proven work experience in building maintenance

• Possess strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
