- Lead investment and product advisory performance management framework, including budget setting, tracking, and reporting, in collaboration with Finance and other stakeholders
- Develop and implement investment and product advisory data strategy, partnering with data and technology teams while offering guidance on data architecture development and management
- Promote data-driven decision-making through the development of dashboards and analytics that uncover business opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to solve complex problems using data analytics and insights
- Manage and track advisory and product scorecards for both individuals and teams
- Drive investment and product advisory initiatives by implementing strategic changes and providing direction to enhance IA productivity and support product launches
- Work closely with Finance and Product teams in reviewing progress against business targets & objectives and productivity ratios
- Work closely with Market Heads to implement action plan to achieve revenues, NNA growth and cost control
- Develop framework to facilitate sales effectiveness
- Support Management on a daily basis to manage the business

- Coordinate Front Office feedback and specify business requirements
- Improve organizational effectiveness and resources efficiency by coordinating resources
- Initiate, lead and /or participate in change initiatives and their subsequent implementation
- Drive issue resolution pertaining to client on-boarding, infrastructure and AML
- Work with businesses to define process and procedure gaps
- Work closely with other business support units to address business requirements and priorities.
- Maximize the alignment between front and back functions.
- Work in close partnership with control functions to ensure the control is in place and the market activities are aligned with the local regulatory and corporate governance requirements

- Degree holder, preferably in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related disciplines
- 8 years or more of relevant work experience in the financial industry
- Strong data and analytics mindset
- Good understanding of wealth products
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player with strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with experience in managing multiple stakeholders and teams
