Our Client:Our client, a leading banking group, is urgently looking for General Banking Officer to join their branch operation team.Job Description:Provide quality customer service to our retail customers in branch networkProactively identify customer needs and selling general banking products to clients which included loans products, credit card, insurance and etc.Participate in promotional campaigns to acquire new business and strengthen customer loyaltyMaintain awareness of operational risks and adhere to relevant policies and guidelinesJob Requirements:Diploma or above with IIQE 1, 2 &3Minimum 1-2 years of experience in banking sales and customer service function.Good in Chinese, English and PutonghuaCustomer-oriented, proactive with good interpersonal skills to enhance customer relationship*** Candidates with non-bank experience are also welcome to apply.Languages
