Working Location: Tin Shui WaiJob Responsibilities:

Coordinate & communicate professionally with clients, warehouse, truck drivers & consignees
Implement proactive action and service to secure existing customers and cultivate potential business
Handle orders and full sets of inbound and outbound documents
Prepare invoices & various reports
Arrange schedules for truck drivers
Monitor logistics schedule

Job Requirements:

Diploma or above, with at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience (Fresh graduates will be considered)
Candidate with experience in transportation arrangement will definite be an advantage
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills as well as accurate typing skill
Fluent Cantonese, good command of written & spoken English
Good PC literacy such as Word, Excel
Pleasant, mature, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility, detailed mind and willing to learn
Ability to cope with high volume of email communication and ensuring all inquiries are properly followed on a timely basis
Provide support on works during weekend if necessary
