- To assist in the planning and preparation of online and offline publicity, programmes and operation of the Festival.
- To assist in collating publicity materials from contributed programme offices; to work with in-house designer to produce marketing materials in accordance with the requirements of the approved items; and to oversee the production of publicity materials.
- To assist in updating the project timelines and organising the promotional presentation materials; to conduct research of market trends in a bid to maximize visibility to different age groups.
- To create, proofread and manage content of social media platforms, including Facebook, IG, Xiaohongshu, WeChat and web pages.
- To liaise with KOL and bloggers to build awareness and promote programmes/ exhibitions/ activities of Festival.
- To perform any other duties assigned by senior officers.
- Have a bachelor's degree from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent, major in marketing, advertising, communications, journalism, or a related
- Have good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, excellent communication and presentation skills, and have fulfilled the Language proficiency requirement of 'Level 3' or above in 'Chinese Language' and 'English Language' of the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE)
- Have at least four (4) years' full-time post-qualification working experience in the field of marketing coordination / digital marketing / content marketing / social media marketing / corporate writing.
- Working experience in government offices is preferable; and
- Be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing.
