- Support the Executive Chef and lead the pastry team for delivering high quality food items.
- Responsible for food ordering and inventory control
- Menu development with uniqueness and have timely rotation with seasonal ingredients.
- Ensure the kitchen achieves all safety and sanitation standards and regulations
- Maintain a harmony working environment and positive relationship among the kitchen team
- Hospitality Management or related disciplines are preferred.
- 10 years or above relevant experience, with experience in fine dining or luxury hotels is an advantage.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Customer service-oriented and innovative.
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
