Responsibilities:Distributor management for ASEAN countriesForecast planning by product level with distributors, reviewed monthly based on salesWeekly communication with distributors to ensure sell-in and sell-through align with plansBusiness trips for store checks and retailer meetings as neededIndividual contributor, not people leaderRequirements:Degree holder preferred with at least 3 years experience in sales & marketing or related fieldsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsInitiative and detail-minded with good sense of responsibilityStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently on multi-tasks, aggressive and self-motivated and work under stressGood command of written and spoken English and ChineseWe offer an attractive remuneration package including 5-day work, flexible work hours and other benefits to the right candidates.
