- Build and own global cost-to-serve dashboards that reveal real-time margin by SKU, plant, and region
- Deep-dive BOM, labor, and overhead variances; turn findings into 1-page plays that plant managers can execute the next shift
- Drive the annual budget and quarterly rolling forecasts; lock sales, volume, FX, and cost levers into one dynamic model
- Stress-test scenarios (raw-material spikes, line-down events, tariff shifts) and publish "what-if" P&L impacts within 24 hrs
- Run ROI, NPV, and payback models for capex projects; rank and defend the funnel for the Investment Committee
- Track post-implementation savings versus promise-your scorecard becomes next year's capex bible
- Lead the rollout of a harmonized standard-cost framework in SAP (or similar ERP) across 10+ plants.
- Train regional finance teams on new costing templates.
- Partner with supply-chain, procurement, and plant controllers in various regions; English is the common tongue, cultural fluency is your secret weapon
- 8+ years FP&A / costing in manufacturing (automotive, electronics, precision parts, or similar), with M&A experience is a plus!
- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA / CPA / CMA a plus
- Comfortable presenting to plant GMs in the morning and Board directors in the afternoon
