- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in a technical sales engineering role in security or cloud native environments.
- Experience in cybersecurity domains such as network security, SoC platforms (e.g., SIEM, SOAR), threat detection, malware intelligence, cloud security posture management, or identity and access management systems.
- Ability to communicate in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin fluently in order to communicate in this customer-facing role.
- Certification in Cloud or Security industry.
- Experience in implementing security solutions for enterprises (e.g., threat detection and hunting, malware intelligence, cloud security posture management, or identity and access management systems).
- Knowledge of product and solution market trends in the cybersecurity industry (e.g., ransomware, attack frameworks, zero trust, etc.).
- Ability to travel for work and training purposes.
- Partner with diverse teams to assess business prospects, grasp customer cybersecurity concerns, and craft strategies to overcome technical hurdles. Support customer-facing presentations and conduct workshops to share the experience and be a subject matter expert on cyber security.
- Work directly with customers to demonstrate and prototype Google Cloud product integrations in customer/partner environments.
- Recommend integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure required to complete solutions using best practices on Google Cloud.
- Support the technical relationship with customers, including product and solution briefings and proof-of-concept work, partnering with product management to prioritize solutions impacting customer engagement with Google Cloud.
- Engage with C-level to shape cybersecurity roadmaps, promoting Google Cloud Security solutions, and demonstrate expertise in consulting services (e.g., Threat Intel, SecOps, Red Teaming, IRR).
