About Our ClientMy client is a global investment management firm with offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, China, and Australia. They are considered a private equity firm where they have been growing steadily throughout the years. They currently have around 50 staff globally.Job Description

this role will report directly to the head of the department in an independent contributor position
the main duties include AML/KYC, regulatory compliance matters, MAS/CIMA regulatory requirements, PAD, gifts and entertainment
various regulatory compliance projects
this role will also have to be the MIC for AML and Compliance

The Successful Applicant

bachelor degree
7-10 years+ of compliance experience specifically SFC type 1 4 9 experience
preferably exposure to CIMA/MAS/SEC regulatory knowledge
must be able to work independently
must be fluent and articulate in English and Chinese
