- Troubleshoot any hardware and software related issues.
- Assist IT manager to manage specific tasks in projects and IT services.

- At least 1 year of relevant support experience.
- Good technical skill in PC desktop aspects.
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
- 20-25K based on experience.
- 5-day week.
