Collect both technical and user requirements for the new enhancements
Study the technical feasibility of the new enhancements, including but not limited to the implementation of a personal assistant with data from different parties, AI-enabled chatbot, commercial e-proof, offline personal code, and the creation of the infrastructure and application structure
Provide support to the User Interface (UI) design of the new enhancements
Liaise with various parties to provide technical support for system design, implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting for the new enhancements
To review deliverables provided by outsourcing contractors and conduct acceptance tests of the new enhancements
Review the test plan and perform the testing for the new enhancements
Review the load/stress plan and perform the load/stress testing for the new enhancements
Any other duties assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirement:

Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subjects
At least 4 years' experience in IT industry
Solid working experience in system design, development, implementation and maintenance of IT application systems and AI-related projects
Solid working experience in performing system integration test and user acceptance test
Solid working experience in providing technical support service to different users and clients
Solid working experience in Android/iOS application development
Solid working experience in RESTful API design and implementation for seamless integrations
Solid working experience in Public Key Infrastructure
