  • Oversee technical projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop effective contingency plans.
  • Proactively address challenges to minimize disruptions.
  • Manage a small team of local and offshore developers.
  • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and business units.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing technical work within a small team.
  • Familiar with agile and waterfall project management methodologies. Exposure to software development life cycles (SDLC).
  • Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to troubleshoot issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployment models.
