Work with the local/overseas development inhouse/outsourcing team throughout the system development lifecycle, including requirement study, solution design and prototyping, specification preparation, system development and testing, UAT support and production rollout.
Perform system development, testing, system maintenance and database administration.
Prepare test report, flow chart, dialogue and related documents according to OGCIO guidelines.
Assist requirement study, solution design and prototyping, System Analysis & Design document preparation, quality control review and liaising with users to ensure deliverables, including documentation, meeting user requirements.
Ad hoc duties

Job Requirements:

Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent.
Experience in system development, software customization, system enhancement, system testing, database administration and IT quality control procedures.
Experience in government project and familiar with government IT standards, IT policies / guidelines, templates and tools is an advantage.
Experience in GitHub, Docker, ReactJS, Java / Spring Boot / MVC, Eclipse IDE / IntelliJ IDEA, OpenJDK, XML, API, Tomcat, C#.NET
Microsoft Visual Studio and MS SQL, or using Sentry Team/ Codecov / SonarCloud (SonarQube) package are also advantages.
Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, Agile and containerization.
Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Good command of written and spoken in Chinese and English
