- Manage and oversee the full spectrum of warehouse operations in compliance with KPI
- Implement and monitor the manpower allocation and plan for the warehouse operations
- Optimize the use of warehouse space and ensure all procedures in warehouse comply with company policies, principles, standards and regulations.
- Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees
- Produce management reports and statistics regularly
- Receive feedback and monitor quality of services provided
- Submit and implement business initiative for operation and system improvement
- Prepare annual budget
- Degree holder in Warehouse Management, Supply Chain Management or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years' experience in warehouse management, and at least 3 years' at managerial level in sizable companies
- Ability to implement process improvement initiatives
- Good decision making and problem solving skills
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivation, ability to work in teams and under pressure, and meeting tight deadlines
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
