Provide warm wellcome to guests
Handle guest luuggage delivery and storage
Answer general enquiries and handle complaints
Assist parking of hotel vehicle if necessary

Requirements:

Good communication skills and language ability
Minimum 2 year relevant experience
Proactive and willing to serve
Possess valid driving class 1 is required
